Golf Tournament Fundraiser

June 7, 2008,at Pipestone Golf Club a great success!

An Arthur Hill designed course, Pipestone was rated 4 stars in Golf Digest's 2006-2007 Places to Play and quoted as "Best Public Course in Dayton Area"

Results of scramble:

Winning team with a team score of 6 below par: Ken Smith, Larry Fisher, Denny Webb and Bill Burger.

2nd place with a team score of 2 below par: Ray Hause, Jeff Saudi, John Finke, and Mary Lawson

3rd place with a team score of even par: (tie) John Johnson, Dave Reibuger, Kris Borreson and Ron Iverson and Tim Baker, Ed Baker, Dan Rush, and Alex Webb

Our 2008 golf tournament to raise funds in support of Special Olympics was held on Saturday, June 7, 2008 at Pipestone Golf Club in Miamisburg, Ohio. Fun, prizes, and food made this scramble a fun time for all!!!

This was our fifth consecutive year for the outing which features prizes for the longest drive, closest to the hole and first place. The player names of the first place team will be honored on the Solar Lodge Champion Award plaque. Below are 2008 participants. Thank you all!!!
